Rhodri has significant experience in securing planning consent for trade counter units on behalf of Toolstation as part of their expansion across the UK as well as other trade counter type operations nationwide. This has given him a wide experience of the Welsh, English and Scottish planning systems. He also advises on a range of residential and mixed use schemes. He also assists colleagues with delivering large commercial and retail developments.
Away from the office, Rhodri is a keen footballer, he enjoys watching or playing any sport. He has an active social life and is a fluent Welsh speaker.
