Mango offers experience of all aspects of residential development, from bespoke single unit developments and "Paragraph 55" houses through to large mixed schemes. We are adept at negotiating affordable housing obligations, CIL and Section 106 agreements to ensure that the benefits of the development can be realised.  

In an NPPF world we also help developers in England bring forward unallocated sites through analysis of housing land supply.

Recent consents include 139 dwellings in Selsey, Chichester; 140 dwellings at Fairford in Oxfordshire; 350 dwellings in St Austell, Cornwall; and numerous affordable housing schemes in Rhondda Cynon Taff.
