Mango advised a local family in respect of obtaining planning permission for a family residence on an historic family plot in the centre of Tenby. Mango was responsible for co-ordinating, submitting and managing the application through to a positive determination. The proposal raised a number of issues including design, conservation and affordable housing. The proposal for a bespoke, modern and highly sustainable property ultimately convinced Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority of its acceptability. The property is now complete and the family has moved in.
