Mango have been working with Toolstation Ltd for a number of years as lead planning consultants in their expansion and national roll-out of trade counters across the UK. We provide advice from the initial site appraisal up until receiving the satisfactory planning consent for Toolstation to start operating from the unit.
As part of the roll out, Mango submit a variety of planning applications including:
- Change of use;
- Variation of conditions;
- Advertisement; and
- Discharge of conditions.
We also submitted an appeal on behalf of Toolstation for a new ’Toolstation Metro’ unit in Finchley, London. The appeal was allowed by the Inspector and Toolstation were awarded a full award of costs against the London Borough of Barnet.
