Development: Mixed use development comprising A1 foodstore, non food retail and drive thru coffee shop
Mango advised the client on the redevelopment of this complex site, formerly used as a gas works. Mango acted for the developer in successfully securing a flexible planning permission for a mix of food and non food retail, a gym plus a drive thru coffee shop.
Work is due to commence shortly and the development will be occupied by B&Q, Aldi and Costa Coffee.
