Development: Two Class A1 retail units and drive thru coffee shop and associated works.
Mango advised CPG in respect of their proposal for an out of centre retail proposal in Penzance. Mango co-ordinated, submitted and managed the application through to approval under delegated powers. Mango argued successfully that the proposal would not give rise to any adverse impact and was compliant with the sequential test. Mango provided further post planning advice to ensure that the scheme was suitable for the tenants operational requirements. The scheme is now open and occupied by Poundstretcher, Pets at Home and Costa Coffee who are trading well.
