Development: 65 bedroom hotel
Mango secured approval for a 65 bedroom hotel with restaurant on a site facing onto the new retail development at the old cattle market in Hereford. The hotel is currently being constructed and is to be operated by Premier Inn.
Mango initially provided pre-application planning advice to our client on the proposal, then subsequently steered the project through the application submission and negotiation and secured a delegated decision within the 12 week target determination period. This scheme will create at least 25 jobs locally.
