Mango provided strategic planning advice in relation to this residential scheme in Cowbridge, Vale of Glamorgan. The principle of the proposal was considered acceptable by the Council, however officers argued that the development triggered the Council’s affordable housing policy. Mango was able to argue successfully that the affordable housing policy in this instance had not been triggered. Planning permission was issued without the need for affordable housing to be provided.
