December 2016: Mango submitted an Enforcement Notice Appeal for Langmead Farms in respect of a caravan site at Petworth in the South Downs National Park
Permission secured for A3 Pod development, Bridgend Retail Park
December 2016: On behalf of British Airways Pension Fund, Mango has secured consent for 2 A3 pods within the car park of the existing retail park.
Appeal Allowed for Retail Park in Truro, Cornwall
Planning permission was granted on 28 October 2016 on appeal for an Aldi store, non food retail warehousing, pub restaurant and community hub at Threemilestone, Truro. Arfon Hughes appeared for the appellant.
Reserved Matters consent obtained for new Retail Park, Penzance
September 2016: Mango has secured Reserved Matters approval following the outline grant of permission for new retail warehousing in Penzance for CPG Development Projects Limited
Appeal allowed for fast food restaurant and Hotel, Salisbury
August 2016: Mango has secured consent on appeal, with a full award of costs against Wiltshire Council, for a new Premier Inn and restaurant in Salisbury. Arfon Hughes acted for Life Property.
Permission secured for new Retail Park, Cornwall
July 2016: On behalf of Consolidated Property Group, Mango has secured permission for the redevelopment of Kingsley Village at Fraddon, Cornwall to provide a new development that is proposed to be anchored by a new M&S store. This will complement the existing Next store at the opposite end of the site
